CB GroupJive has nothing to do with Joomla usergroups. There is nothing to synchronize between the two. If you want to create GJ groups or join GJ groups during registration you can use CB Auto Actions and its CB GroupJive action to do this, but again it has nothing to do with Joomla usergroups.
