Thanks for the reply Kyle,

I did check the database tables and rows and they all match up as they should.

Compatibility of GJ and the current CB version can't be the cause of this issue as it works fine on my test server.

Good idea about the server cache... I'm looking into that now and will update later.

If the database rows are all fine then it's likely a display cache issue would be my best guess. If Joomla caching is disabled and purged already then it could only be server caching of some sort causing it as that'd be the only difference between the two installs at that point (the server configuration).
