Hello,
Would there be a way to implement a list from the front from a field ?
My idea was to offer to the members of my site mentioned their interests, and these interests dansd which enrich a list then the members would have access to enrgistrement and updating their profile.

You can't display a CB Userlist in a field. There's no substitution for that. Best I can suggest is probably CB Query Field to query for that information then use multiple row output.
