Where can I change the text that appears on the "renew button"?

Majority of strings are changed through a plugins language files. In the case of CBSubs you need to download the English CBSubs language plugin found below then translate the following file as needed.

Languages:
www.joomlapolis.com/cb-solutions/languages

CBSubs Frontend Language:
components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/cbpaidsubscriptions-en-gb/language.php

Alternatively you can copy the following files to your CB language plugin and it should translate fine through them.

FROM:
components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/language/default_language/admin_language.php

components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/language/default_language/language.php

TO:
components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/LANGUAGE/cbplugin/cbpaidsubscriptions-admin_language.php

components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/LANGUAGE/cbplugin/cbpaidsubscriptions-language.php
