Okay, backed-up the site then I switched the template to protostar and tried sending an invite. Same thing happens when I hit send. The button says "loading" then stops and the invite was not sent.
What do you mean "then stops"? The page just stops loading or doesn't do anything at all? That implies a JS error is preventing the form from submitting. Press F12 to open your browsers developer panel then click the Console tab. Next refresh the page and retry. If any red (fatal) errors show up in the console you have a JS error preventing the form from submitting. Do you have any JS compression extensions installed or jQuery loader extensions? If so please disable them.

1.What do you mean "then stops"? I click "Send Invite". It says "Loading" for a second or two. Then stops and button returns to "Send Invite". No invite is sent.
2. This is what the Console says when I try it:

3. Not aware of any JS compression or jQuery loader extensions.
Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look. It should only revert if there was a validation error.

Works fine in my test on your site. Please ensure you're supplying a recipient email address for To. Note you do not need to alter "Owner" or "User" parameters. Those are administrative values and typically should be left alone (standard users will not see these). If still not working please provide the exact steps you're performing where it's not working.
