Member's Name Fields not available in CB 2 list

Have just upgraded to latest CB version.

A list that worked in 1.9.1 is now broken.

When I try to add the member's first and last name (Community Builder>List>Columns>) the fields are not available in the drop down list.

Specifically I'm looking for "firstname" "lastname" from the comprofiler table but they're not available.

They need to be set to display on profile in order to display on userlist. The name fields available are also entirely dependent on what "Name Style" is set to within CB > Configuration > General. For example if you want first and last name you need to set the name style to use first and last name.
