Different Profiles was created by boatswana

I am keeping up with both Joomla, CB and Groupjive. With a social site, I would like what a person registers as a Male the what is presented to him would be one set of fields, and if a female registers, then her fields would be different. With a complete profile, there would be many of the same fields in both.

How can I accomplish this?

You need CB Conditional to do that. It can show/hide fields/tabs based off other field values. See the below videos to get started.
