[SOLVED] Update from 1.9.1 to 2.has broken the Registration Form

Have updated to latest CB but getting a "This webpage has a redirect loop" error when the submit button is clicked, Looks like it's CBSubs denying access???

The page in question is acbs.ca/index.php/become-a-member

The older version (which works) is here acbs.ca/jan27/index.php/become-a-member

I've included the error message in the txt file attached

Have opened support ticket #753576 as well

Looks like you're protecting the CB registration page or the CB component it self using CBSubs. Based off the URL looks like it's a Joomla menu item protection that's triggering. Edit your plans within CBSubs > Plans and ensure you're not protecting CB menu items, the component, or its URLs on the Content and Extensions tab under Integrations.

I've gone through all the plans and none of them are protecting this menu item or CB itself.

The page worked under 1.9.1 and CBSubs 3.0. and I haven't modified the plans since the update.

Edit any and all Joomla menu items to CB and correct their Menu Type. If you migrated from CB 1.x then all CB menu items pointing to CB will have a wrong menu type and probably not function correctly. Editing them, fixing their menu type, then saving them should fix those URLs. Once done see if your issue persists.

Updated all CB Menus to 2.0 type. Error still persists.

Problem solved: went into menus table and menu=111 is cb view profile. Went through every plan and removed view profile menu
from every plan (integrations>content>for read access by menu>)

Not sure why the plans and form worked in previous version and needed to be modified for latest version?

Anyway. As always thank you for your help in sorting this out. This seems to be working correctly now.
