I don't now why, maybe because I update cb conditional to the last release, but now it works also if I condition the fields and the tab that contain the conditioned fields

Some fixes were implemented in CB Conditional 4.0.6 to better handle tab and field condition overlap. This typically happens when you've a tab condition then a condition on fields in that tab. Previously releases those field conditions would get ignored if even 1 tab condition existed (even if it wasn't that fields tab). That's fixed now and maybe what you were experiencing.
