I want the registered users profile at default to be viewed only for registered users, And I want the user to be able too choose if they rather want the profile be viewed for non-registered members.

How can I do this?

Right now I has set the joomlas Viewing Access Levels so registered members profile can be viewed by both registered and non-registered users.

And in the profile tab I have set the cb privacy default settings at registered members.

But the cb-privacy dont override the joomla view access levels. And the non-registered users can still see the users profile at default.

Ensure profiles are completely public accessible. Install CB Privacy and within CB > Field Management edit the Profile Privacy field and ensure it's enabled then under Parameters > Privacy set Default to Users.
