How can one User save an article/form in another User's profile?

Hello!

In effort to create an office management system of sorts, we will have Office Staff enter information in forms that would need to be saved in Another Member's profile?

I was starting to use Tabs/Fields to create the forms, which seemed pretty smooth. But, layout of the fields and being able to print the information has become a challenge.

So, it seems creating the forms in Joomla Articles would be better as I can lay out the content to print nicely on an 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper when needed.

I'm just not getting the best concept in my mind to do this, and any advice would be most appreciated!!

By the way, CB is an amazing system, the Add-Ons are extremely powerful and I can only hope to get a better understanding of all of them. Simply amazing stuff!!

Maybe the solution is to use CB Auto Actions to create a Joomla category? Then other Users (Office Staff) would open forms/Articles, fill them out for the other User/Member and simply save them in the other User/Member's category? Then using an Articles Tab? Would the Articles automatically list there if another User, such as Office Staff submitted form info and saved the Article in the other User/Member's category?

If your office staff are CB Moderators they can edit other users profiles. So they could then use the Blogs tab provided by CB Blogs on another users behalf. Aside from that other users are not allowed to edit a user other than themselves. Closest that it comes to editing that users profile is maybe an Activity or Comment steam provided by CB Activity. I suppose you could also use CB ProfileBook.

The Articles tab only lists the articles that the profile you're viewing is the creator of. So if your users create articles they'll show up on that users profile unless they are able to also set the creator of that article, but I think that functionality is backend only.
