The jQuery conditions will not function in profile view when combined with CB Core Fields Ajax. It's just not possible without doing entire reloads of tabs or trying to keep those fields in the DOM as hidden which would require a complete rewrite of profile condition handling. Data it's dependent on and needs to show/hide fields doesn't exist as profile view conditioned fields don't exist on the page at all.
In short there are no plans at this time to make the two work together. Conditions and field ajax really just don't belong together regardless. Core fields ajax is supposed to remove the complexity of profile edit. Combining it with conditions entirely defeats that purpose.

You can use CB Core Fields Ajax with fields that are conditioned, but it's not going to show fields in profile value that have been hidden by CB Conditional if you adjust a fields value with CB Core Fields Ajax until the page reloads. When CB Conditional removes a profile value display for a field it's completely removed from rendering.
