File field open

File field open was created by glenanPL

Hi,
in CB 2.0.13. I have 2 sites with the same parameters (normally).
In one case, the student has to click on the download button.

In the other case the field is “open”

Where can I change the parameter not for having the field “open”?

That should only display by default if the field is marked required. In all other cases it will be hidden until you select the upload file option from the dropdown.

Your other site likely has a fatal JS error preventing the jQuery from collapsing the display. Press F12 to open the developer console. Click the Console tab. Then refresh the page and look for any fatal JS errors (in red).
