Update Log timestamp differest from password reset timestamp

CB Profile Update Logger 2.1.2

When a password reset is requested, the CB Profile lists:
Last Reset Time 04/24/2016 14:32:24

However, the Update Log tab shows:
2016-04-24 12:32:24 password xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx 0,0()

The timestamps differ by 2 hours; the Joomla->System->Global Configuration->Server->Location Settings->Server Time Zone is set to Chicago. (Should this = the server time zone, or the time zone of most users? I'm in Central time... the server physically lives on the USA East Coast in Eastern time.)

The server is set to New York (I'm not server admin)...

I assume I have the Joomla->System->Global Configuration->Server->Location Settings->Server Time Zone set wrong, it should be New York... but that only explains one hour difference, not two. Is Day Light Savings time an issue, too?

CB Profile Update Logger doesn't apply any parsing to the field. The raw value is UTC. The displayed is with server offset.

All dates are (or should be) stored as UTC then offset locally based off the user viewing (if they've timezone configured in their profile) or by whatever the server timezone is set to. Yes, daylight savings is always considered.

Joomla entirely handles password reset and CB does not use this functionality so I've no idea if Joomla is storing it as UTC correctly, but I would assume it is.
