Edit your plans within CBSubs > Plans then under Workflows ensure "Allow registration" is set to "Yes". Next under Access ensure "Published" is set to "Yes", "Allow new subscriptions" is set to "Yes", "Allow access from site frontend" is set to "Yes", "Visible for Access Level" and "Visible for Group (and above this group)" set to "Public". These are all default values and should already be set unless changed.
If still not displaying ensure within CBSubs > Settings > Global ensure "Show subscription plans at registration" is set to "Yes" as you may have globally turned off registration plans.
If still not displaying ensure CB Paid Subscriptions is public and published in CB > Plugin Management and that the Subscriptions tab in CB > Tab Management is public and published.
