Hi, In my field list I activate the Searchable option for some fields but they never appear in my list page.... some do some don't appear.

I am running on CB 2.0.14. Any idea of the reason?

By default the userlist only shows searchable fields that are being displayed on that userlist. You can select specific fields, tell it to display all searchable fields, or leave it as default by editing your userlist within CB > List Management then review Parameters > Search.

I highly recommend you read your CB 2.0 Primer Book carefully in addition to watching any relevant videos below as this and more has already been explained in detail.
