I looked through the CB 2.0 documentation and this forum and couldn't find the answer.

I know that setting Blocked disallows logins. What does setting Banned do?

You can just test and see what the result is.
Basically the banned profile displayes a message on the profile and restricts some views.

Banned profiles cause the profile to be inaccessible to everyone except CB moderators and the users self. They can still use the rest of the site though.
