Currently CB User Manager shows the name, username, email, password and then inserts the Frontend Language, Editor, etc. before the additional fiels build. I have tried reordering but that does not work. How can i get these fields to appear after my fields, at the bottom of the page?
Starting at Frontend Language and down is all part of the userparams field. You need to use field ordering to move your fields above userparams. This is done from CB > Field Management.

Your fields must also be on the same tab. The number ordering can be a bit goofy sometimes, just using the arrows to move userparams down or set userparams to 999 then click the save button in the ordering column header to force it last.

I tried that. Regardless of what I change those numbers to, they always go back to the 1 or 2 number. 1ste attachment is what I am trying to move to the bottom. between password (#6) and primary phone (#7). 2nd attachment is how they appear in the back end, field management.
What fields exactly are you trying to move? Register Date, Last Visit Date, and Last Update Date are profile view only; their order is insignificant to profile edit as the User Parameters field actually outputs their edit display. You can not change the order of the fields output by User Parameters.
