Newest Version of Joomla, CB, and MCT. Tested on Chrome and Edge.
When editing an article on the front end of the site, if you click on the link for Publishing or Language, the dropdown selections are not viewed/displayed correctly. See Screenshot.
Have confirmed your issue and created a bug ticket for further investigation. specifically it's Joomlas usage of Chosen jQuery output having zero width.
