OK that makes sense and I did un-publish the Photos tab because I wanted to combine Video and Photos in a single Gallery tab (so I renamed Video to Gallery and turned on the Photo options within).

I guess I can try and put Photo's on an unused/hidden tab, any suggestions?

EDIT: Nevermind - I found the Hide Tab option in the parameters, so it is published and it works.

You need to keep the unused CB Gallery tabs published and public, but you can put them in a not shown on profile tab position by editing them in CB > Tab Management.
