2 / How can I do to update plug-in. I alreay downloaded them twice and set them properly. But then reference still in red and I can find out any difference

First update to latest CB release. You can do this from CBs product page below or the download page below.

Once done the plugin version checker should be properly working now. If it still shows in red then click it to download latest release for you to install. If still red after install please let me know what plugin is showing out of date still.
