Thanks krileon... I just submitted a ticket, I'll let you know. As far as the CBSubs... it is in red but when I bring it up it says "You have the latest version 4.1.0 ."
Install latest CB followed by latest CBSubs. It should be green if it's up to date.

Downloaded and installed CB and CBSubs latest versions (shows green now)... also, my host informed me they "disabled the rule which caused the issue" but the issue still exists. If I go to 'CB Paid Subscriptions: General plugin settings' and hit save, update or cancel - I get a 404 error and am put back to administrator/index.php
Also for what it's worth I am running Akeeba AdminTools and disabled it just to make sure that wasn't causing issues.... same results.
I reinstated AdminTools and just updated Akeeba Backup... sometimes it works now. Odd.
I found out my host disabled one additional rule. I am checking to see what it was because it seems okay now. I'll share if they'll let me know.
It's just a false positive in mod_security. They're pretty common when it comes to input data being submit as they're looking for keyword combos, etc.. Nothing to be concerned about if your host has the exceptions made (don't recommend disabling the rule flat out).

Unfortunately, my original problem is now back... the basket doesn't show the coupon code input box. I double checked and promotions is published, and my conditions are being met. Can I message you my login details and have you take a look?
