CB Content Bot is a Joomla content extension. It's found within Extensions > Plugins. It enables substitution support for any location that supports content prepare (e.g. Joomla articles).
And is there a trick to change the formatname link in the userlist to the article page instead of default CB prfile page? Or to a Content Module page?
You'd need to edit the field within CB > Field Management then under Parameters > Layouts you can override how the userlist value displays using the Userlist Value Layout parameter. The below might work.

I've no idea how you're going to link the article to each user uniquely though as that URL will take you to that users profile if you're not that user so your link needs to handle viewing self and viewing other users. CB Profile Pro or customizing with Custom HTML fields and various tabs is probably your best option.
