Tabs not showing up

Hi,

I've been working through the documentation, but no matter WHAT I try, I cannot get any items to show up in any positions.

Please tell me, step by step, what I need to do to publish something in a particular position.

I've followed the documentation, but it's not working.

You need to be more specific. What tab isn't showing up? One you've created or one from a plugin? If it's one you've created have you added any fields to it? What positions are you trying to use? The CB Primer Book comes with a full position map, but typically you'll just be using "Canvas Main Middle" with their Display set to "Tab Menu" or "Nested Tab Menu" for the Canvas Layout.

I am guessing that either tab is not published, fields in tab are not published, or profile you are viewing does not have any data in those fields.
Try editing the profile to see if the fields/tabs show up in edit mode.
