After upgrade to 3.6.4 - Backend CB blank page was created by JoMiller
Hello from Germany,
After upgrading to J 3.6.4 I cannot reach any CB or Group Jive admin pages within the backend anymore (receiving only blank pages). The CB Modules are reachable as usual, also all other extensions work as usual and the Fronted including CB pages works also fine.
I tried to install CB again but the backend still don't work.

Die Zeichenkodierung des HTML-Dokuments wurde nicht deklariert. Das Dokument wird in manchen Browser-Konfigurationen mit verstümmeltem Text dargestellt, wenn das Dokument Zeichen außerhalb des US-ASCII-Bereichs enthält. Die Zeichenkodierung der Seite muss im Dokument oder Transferprotokoll deklariert werden.

Wich php, html or XML file could be damaged?

Please turn on joomla debug to maximum level and see if more useful than blank page messages are displayed.

Hallo Nick,
first of all many thx for your message, it gave me the right hind.

I turned to Max, got the following debbug message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class getCCommentTab in /hp/cg/aa/nh/www/privat/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_ccommentwall/ccommentwall.php on line 55

than I went via ftp into the related directory and deleted the php file, attached.
Now I can access CB in the backend again. Great!

CComment incl. CB Plug-in is also installed but was not in use so far. I tested a comment in the frontend and the user relationship was ok and therefore I have no clue what could be broken due to the deleted file?!?

Your issue is coming from 3rd party plug_ccommentwall. CB does not have the class getCCommentTab anywhere in it. Try disabling the plugin and if not resolved uninstall it and contact the developer.
