CB login module not showing up when logged, other cache & session issues

This is probably a cache or session issue but thought I'd ask for any help you may be able to give me.

I'm having issues with parts of the site not showing up when I hit the page and am logged in. I am logged in but the "Logout" may not work or not even show up sometimes. I also frequently have to refresh the page for it to know that I am logged in - it doesn't know when I first land on home page and needs a refresh for it to show registered menus and modules.


Is there a way to ensure certain modules are not cached? Anything I can do to ensure "remember me" works correctly such as emptying the session table or something like that? It seems to have gotten much worse at about J3.5+.

It's most likely Remember Me causing that, which doesn't restore the session correctly. No idea how to fix it as it's a problem in Joomlas Cookie or Remember Me plugins. Easiest solution unfortunately is to just not use remember me.
