No name appearing on user in list of connections

No name appearing on user in list of connections was created by jeroen aalders

If one views the list of connections in the front-end, each connection is displayed with an 'online' icon,the avatar and three action icons, 'Remove Connection','View Profile' and 'Send Email'. There is no user formatname, next to the 'online' icon as seen in the tutorial video.

I enclose a screenshot of the way it is seen in the video and the way it shows on our site.

Please, advise how to fix this issue.

It displays the formatname field. Ensure it's set to display on profile and on a published and public tab. If you don't want it actually visible then move it to a tab that is in a not shown on profile tab position.
