Dear Administrator

I am a six month professional membership since 20/9/2016. This subscription expiring on 20/03/2017. Today in my profile member area i show an offer for three months only for 5 Euros (Black Friday Perhaphs?).
I was surprised when i saw my old subscription was canceled and the new expiration date is earlier 25/02/2017 than the old 20/03/2017.
Could you give an answer about how it works? Because i thought that this new subscrirption (Tree Months) wil be added after the expiration of my First Subscription 20/03/2017.

You didn't renew for 3 months. You changed from 6 months to 3 months plan and it prorated your remaining time + promotion resulting in $5 3 month subscription. You can upgrade back to a 6 month plan and it'll prorate your 3 month plan remaining time if you want a 6 month plan. If you've any further issues please use our Contact Us form below regarding subscription/billing issues.
