I would like to display the "login with facebook" button on the registration form. How could I do that?

... got it. Strangely enough I had to set the "Button Style". Why would the style attribute act as a enable/disable switch?

Because you can disable the display of the button entirely without disabling the functionality. Meaning you can disable the button then register or link using CB Connect with your own custom link anywhere you want. Button display on registration is default disabled for all providers.
