Missing Transaction

Received a paypal payment on Oct 12th

Paypal has a transaction record:

Item Title:
Individual/Family Membership for ********
Item Number:
S2075-3951-1
Invoice ID:
R1980
Custom:
1942.
Date:
12-Oct-2016
Time:
10:51:57 GMT-04:00
Status:
Completed

But there is no corresponding record in our system.

When I query the cbsubs_payment_baskets table for Item S2075-3951-1 I get 2 results. 1 from Oct 2014 and another from Nov 2015 but nothing from Oct 2016.

Hoping you can shed some light on this mystery.

Check what payment basket is associated with the ID 1942 as that's the basket id. What payment gateway was this from? You may have a recurring profile now gone on your site, but still active through the payment gateway.
