I have created 3 menus to be placed in the right sidebar of the Profile Page and Edit Profile Page. However, when I register a new user, the sidebar does not appear. Shouldn't there be a way to ensure that the sidebar appears for newly registered?
I have disabled the email feature, so a guest can register, receive the message, Now please login, and login to the site.
CB has no control over Joomlas menu structure. I'm guessing your sidebar usage is a feature of your template and maybe have caching specific to your template that many templates don't give you the option to disable. Ensure your users are registering and logging in through CB only and not Joomla or some other extension. Ensure they're enabled, confirmed, and approved within CB > User Management as well. Next ensure their Usergroups are correct within CB > User Management (clean installs should have them defaulted to Registered usergroup).
