The user logs in with the correct info but sees a 'Please Log In' message; the Admin control panel shows the user logged-in.
This happens on the user's iMac, iPad and my iPhone 4s.
On my Windows Firefox or Chrome using the same info the log-in is successful
I can not possibly see how being on a different OS would make the slightest difference. The login state is entirely PHP driven and doesn't care what OS you're on. The login is also entirely handled by Joomla. CB simply fires some of its own triggers then passes the login check off to Joomla.
Additionally your below topic suggests CB 2.x was not installed correctly so I've no idea what could be wrong with your install in that case.
