Review your Custom HTML fields and unpublish them if necessary to test if that's where your broken HTML is coming from. If issue does not resolve then unpublish non-core CB plugins to find what's outputting that on your registration form.
We do not perform install reviews on request. We only review and install if we suspect a bug in one of our products. In your case it's a configuration problem or 3rd party plugin.I give you administrator access?
