We believe this problem began after we upgraded to Joomla V3.7.3 but we're not certain.
Comparing our old staging site to our live site, the Community Builder menu was missing from Joomla Menus, but I'm not certain if that's causing the problem.
To reproduce the problem:
1. Go to

2. Go to the CME menu and select Lung Cancer under "ONLINE ACTIVITIES"
3. Click the "Start Activity" tab in the article. (This page is restricted to registered users.)
This problem is happening everywhere on our site with restricted pages. The above is just one example. Before the problem started, the above steps would bring you to
www.i3health.com/cb-login
.
We tried manually adding the Community Builder/CB-login menu, but that didn't resolve the issue.
Install latest CB nightly build. We've already implemented a fix for our system plugin to look for an Itemid and set it accordingly when redirecting from Joomla user component.
