Do not map anything to fb_userid. That is already handled by CB Connect. Switch to default Joomla protostar template and retry. When redirect back to CB Connect you should see the pre-filled registration form. If you don't something is breaking its display. Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration to output any errors. If still having issues within CB Connect > Facebook > Application enabled Debug so API responses can be output.
