I just installed your latest CB Autoaction (cbautoactionsbot_7.0.0+2017.09.06.zip) - the installation runs through without any errors.
Within the CB Plugin Management it still says that the previous version of CB Auto Action is installed but hovering over the build version shows the new version number. Also the module "Community Builder Updates" shows still that an update is available for CB Auto Action but 7.0.0 is already installed.
What is wrong here? I attached a screenshot.

You installed the Joomla plugin, which allows CB Auto Actions to act on Joomla events. The title, description, and filename all indicate this. You did not install the CB Auto Actions 7.0.0 CB plugin. Use the preset or the download button on the product page to always download and install both.
There's also the "Install from Web", which is categorized within CB > Plugin Management > Install new Plugin.
