No, it's not available yet. It will be available in the Bootstrap 4 releases that we've currently got scheduled for release next week.

Hi, just tried out the system action that is in the new cb activity regarding "Comment bumping". It does not seem to work...

Found error. the system action is set to HTML instead of PHP...

Ok, was able to find the cause. It was only working for activity entries directly posted and that passed the source activity object. The parameter showing HTML was just a visual bug due to case sensitive matching of the selected value, but php method was still being used on execute. It's also fixed to only fire on comment create instead of also on comment update. Latest release should be working fine now (tested 6 activity entries all from different sources).
