Ah, I see the issue. Edit the "canvas" field within CB > Field Management and set "Show on Profile" to "Yes, 1 Line without Title". The flex grid styling is being applied since it's set currently to display on 1 line with title so it won't expand more than 75% of the divs space. Will add a fix for that in the canvas layout CSS for future release.
