You said you wanted a notification for Joomla article comments and likes which is why it's using an existing notification as the base. The above was quickly thrown together to give you some guidance to figure it out for your self until I've time to implement the system actions of which I do not right now as I'm at the end stages of a new stable CB Privacy release. For that trigger var2 should be the article object and var3 is the comment object.

I guess it would be easier, if I would know, where var1, var2, var3 are defined and to what they are related.
Is there a guide, where I can see, which vars is which object?

in common ... for all the actions

The below has a list of triggers and their available variables.

www.joomlapolis.com/documentation/279-community-builder/tutorials/18358-using-cb-triggers

However in the case of the trigger you're using var2 is the source object, which changes depending on the stream. In this case it's the Joomla article. So [var2_created_by] would be the user of the user who created the article.
