Hi thanks for looking at it. I can remember you having solved that a while ago but I got the same errors again on my international sites that update every 60 seconds.
I am now getting the group chat updated every 5 seconds and thinking of increasing it to 10 seconds.
Is there any way I could set a different time for auto update for the notifications module? It is also updating every 5 seconds currently.

Will retest and see what's going wrong in the JS. It should be sending the correct timestamp to avoid overlap like that as well as clean out duplicate ids.

No, the loading features like that are global and not per-stream. They'll be per-stream in a future release.
