It's not working because you turned off videos in CB Gallery globally in CB Gallery > Parameters > Videos and in the profile gallery tab Fotos > Parameters > Videos. Once turned back on it works perfectly fine. If you only want to allow linking to videos then I suggest the following parameter values.
Parameters > Videos
Videos: Enable
Parameters > Videos > Create
Create: Enable
Upload: Disable
Link: Enable
Parameters > Videos
Videos: Enable
Parameters > Videos > Create
Create: Enable
Upload: Disable
Link: Enable
