CB can handle privacy consent using its terms and conditions field type. You can have as many terms and conditions fields as you like. Simply mark them required, display on registration, and display on profile edit then within Extensions > Plugins edit "Community Builder System plugin" and set Verify Consent to Enabled to force them to accept the terms if they haven't already.
