Have reviewed your install. I see nothing wrong with your site. I was able to upload a canvas image in Chrome, FireFox, and Edge. Are you on Windows or macOS? Please be sure to also delete the account you've created for me.

Now I looked at my profile from backend and there is a grey pic and also the pic that I uploaded. I only see the grey.
I also checked an other member and the same thing happened there... Grey pic and the pic that she has uploaded.
But on your test profile there is only the black pic that you uploaded - and that one you also can see...
I don't understand anything?? I can't take away the grey one...

You have upload approval enabled. You need to approve the upload. Only CB Moderators are exempt from upload approval. Either turn off upload approval globally in CB > Configuration > Images, within the canvas field specifically in CB > Field Management > canvas, create a Joomla menu item to CBs image approval page and approve those uploads, of publish the CB Workflows module in Extensions > Modules as it has a link to the image approval page if there are pending approvals.
Is this your first time using CB? Was the site handed off to you from a developer? I strongly recommend you read through the CB Primer Book, which you can download below.
