CB Gallery Upload/or/Thumbnail creation problem

This problem has always existed since I installed CB on my Joomla.
This problem seriously handicaps the proper functioning and the startup of my website which has an interest for the common good of French-speaking caregivers.
In the CB Gallery Module :
When a user uploads a file, the progress bar fills up, then turns red with no error indicated.
This is also the case in the CB Activity so it is impossible to post the content since it does not detect the uploaded file.
The image is however well uploaded in the gallery but the thumbnail is not created and that's when the error seems to happen.
The site :
Joomla : 3.10.4 (the problem exists for a long time and several versions of Joomla)
PHP : 7.4

It should always show an error message output unless the request was flat out denied, which happens when something like mod_security blocks the upload. Press F12 to open your browsers developer tools, click the Console tab, then try to upload and see if an error is shown there (it'll be in red) or if the upload POST under the Network tab is red, which means it was blocked.

Ok, so a fatal error is happening server side. Check within your web hosts error logs to see what error actually happened.

Please PM backend super user login credentials (link in forum signature) and will take a look. Does this happen with every upload or just specific ones? Does this only happen in CB Activity (you mentioned CB Gallery Module, but your screenshot is of CB Activity)?
