I have a use case which is baffling me a bit. I am using CBSubs and have a plan where I have a number of uses active. I have a MEMBERS ONLY area where all menu items are set to Registered. What I'm trying to do is to grant the users in one specific CBSubs plan acces to ONLY one of the menu items in my MEMBERS ONLY area. I don't want this group to have access to any other MEMBERS ONLY menu items. Can you share with me your thoughts on how I would accomplish this USE CASE?
Do you want them to still see that menu item or do you also want it hidden based off access?
To protect it, but still be visible I suggest using By URL Part protection in CBSubs Content and protecting that menu items URL (under Integrations > Extensions) or you can use the By Menu protection (under Integrations > Content).
If you don't want it visible you'll need to assign them a usergroup using your plans workflows settings or using CB Auto Actions (this will be your only option if you need to assign them more than 1 usergroup) then have a view access level with that usergroup selected assigned to that menus access.
