I have been trying to register a new member on my site.
I am using a unique email address.
I tried using a different computer.
I am getting the following message.
"Your registration attempt has been blocked. Reason: Already registered."

Did I break something again?

Did you check both Joomla and CB users to confirm it is not out of sync?

That's CB AntiSpam duplicate registration protection. It prevents multiple registrations from same ip address. If you installed CB Quickstart then it's enabled by default as part of the package. If you don't want this protection you can disable it within CB AntiSpam > Parameters > Registration > Duplicates.
