All of a sudden Admin Tolls flags this job as Suspicious Core Parameter ???

It probably is just complaining the URL contains "key" which is a token to permit the mailer to run and nothing more. Basically just a false positive. Configure Admin Tools to ignore it. Your CRON task does seam to have an empty space after the URL though so you might want to fix that in CRON at least.
