Article comments from what exactly? I assume from CB Activity? It should save perfectly fine. You can test article commenting from CB Activity on our demo site below where it also saves fine.
You'll need to better describe what's happening exactly for me to suggest anything as it's likely just a configuration or routing problem of some kind.
