It'll only show options available based off the integrations you've installed and published. What else are you wanting to disable?

Those are only available if those features are available. The Activity integration is provided by CB Activity. Users is only available if the group isn't a Page type. Videos, Photos, Files, and Forums are from their respective CB GroupJive integrations (e.g. CB GroupJive Forums).
