How do I add a country profile field, populated with all the countries from the CBSubs Tax plugin ?

Ok - I followed this tutorial and used this as query: www.joomlapolis.com/documentation/341-cb-query-field/345-tutorials/18377-configuring-a-country-field-with-cb-query-field-plugin
Code:
SELECT `country_iso_code2`, `country_name`, `country_region` FROM `fph7v_comprofiler_countries` ORDER BY country_region, country_name
But this only returns one country ??:
